– 125 g of spaghetti or fettuccine
– 500 g of small shrimp
– 1/2 tablespoon of lemon zest
– Juice of half a lemon
– 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
– 6 tablespoons of butter , divided
– 2 cloves garlic, chopped
– 2 tablespoons white wine
– 1/2 tsp. basil
Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package
Heat a pan and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cook the shrimp for two minutes on each side. Book.
Add 2 tbsp of butter in the same pan and add the garlic and cook lightly to obtain a garlic butter.
Now add wine, basil, zest and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Over low heat, add the remaining butter and whisk the mixture.
Return the shrimp to the pan.
Add your cooked pasta and chopped parsley and mix well
