Chicken breast (or turkey)
1 small onion
The cheese of your choice
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
Put chicken breasts, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, oil and mix in your blender.
Form a dumpling between your hands put in the center a piece of cheese and reform the dumpling.
Pass in the bread crumbs and cook in a little olive oil a few minutes on each side.
